At Global Electrical and Industrial, we aim to provide high-quality industrial automation parts that meet your needs. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day warranty and a return process to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.


1-Year Warranty Program

  • All parts sold by Global Electrical and Industrial are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that prevent the part from functioning as intended.
  • If a part fails within the warranty period, you may request a replacement or refund.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors beyond our control.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions on the next steps.


Returns & Refunds

If you need to return a product for any reason, please review the guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the condition of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom or special-order parts are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Items sold as “non-working” or “for parts” are sold as-is and cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Submit a return request via our contact form or email us at info@industrialpartsusa.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the item back.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. Please include the RMA number on the package.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of warranty claims or defective items.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must be returned following the process outlined above.
